1. A professional PC tech will login twice a year to inspect, scan, repair and instruct on how to keep your systems clear of harmful elements. Appointments can be scheduled through our helpdesk.
2. If you don’t have appropriate Virus and Malware protection we will recommend the best product for your system or we will install the best freeware product on the open market.
3. In addition to ensuring your PC is clear of all harmful elements we will perform other maintenance tasks that include the following. Download and install all security patches, schedule a hard drive defragmentation, customize your startup options to remove un-necessary programs from starting at boot up. All these tasks will improve the speed of your systems which will increase productivity and remove frustration.
4. Our technicians will use a safe and secure remote website to access your systems which will allow us to control your desktop during the maintenance process. When the session is complete and disconnected we will no longer have access to your system unless you authorize another session.
5. The Remote Care Package does not cover existing hardware issues.
